Our profiled and primed components are designed for manufactures and professional builders seeking high-quality materials. Components are delivered pre-machined and finished to reduce processing time and ensure consistency throughout the supply chain.
1. Start with the materials
- Solid softwood (pine or spruce)
- Finger-jointed softwood (pine or spruce)
- MDF (standard or moisture resistant)
2. Select your profile
- Existing profiles or samples
- Complex shapes (available upon request)
3. Define your dimensions
- Width, thickness and length (according to specifications)
- Adjustments (for specific production)
4. Select your readiness level
- Raw profiled
- CNC ready
- CNC ready + primed
- CNC ready + primed + painted
5. Specify CNC detailing
- Slotting
- Tenons
- Holes
- Other detailing
6. Define edge treatment
- Sharp, rounded or bevelled
- Chamfers, radiuses, grooves etc.
7. Choose surface sanding
- Fine sanding (before or after priming)
- Pre-finished (for immediate installation)
8. Priming or painting (optional)
- Priming: Acid-catalysed primer or water-based primer
- Painting: RAL or NCS colours
9. Finalise with packaging
- Custom barcodes
- Bundle labelling
- Project-specific
- Shrink-wrapping or palletised delivery

Our timber is FSC® and PEFC certified, meaning it originates from responsibly managed forests that meet strict environmental, social, and economic standards. We primarily work with Estonian pine, minimise production waste, and maintain durability standards in line with Nordic requirements.
